Booking & Deposit Policy • A 50% booking fee (deposit) is required to secure all appointments. • This deposit goes toward your service but is non-refundable and non-transferable. • ANY cancellations at any time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Once forfeited, it is lost indefinitely. • If your deposit is forfeited, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. ⸻ Reschedules & Cancellations • To keep your deposit, you must reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment using the “Manage Appointment” link in your confirmation or reminder email/text. • If you reschedule correctly, you’ll receive an additional email/text confirming the reschedule. Once I approve it, you’ll also be notified. It is your responsibility to confirm that changes are made properly. • Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations and result in a lost deposit. • If you have multiple services booked but only need to adjust one, the system requires the entire appointment to be rescheduled. Please text me the date, time, and which service needs adjustment, and I can edit it for you. (Policy still applies in these cases.) • If you arrive and decide to remove or change services at that time, the deposit for any service not rendered will be forfeited. Please make changes in advance so that time can be made available to other clients. ⸻ No-Show & Late Arrival Policy • 9 minutes for most services. • 5 minutes for Brazilian or Bikini Full appointments booked alone. • 9 minutes if Brazilian or Bikini Full is booked with additional services. • If you arrive past the grace period, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. • A second no-show may result in an additional no-show fee at my discretion and could affect whether future bookings will be allowed. ⸻ Why These Policies Matter I completely understand that last-minute things happen that are out of our control. However, in order to keep my business fair and running smoothly for all clients, these policies must remain in place. When appointments are canceled or changed last minute, it often leaves a gap that can’t be filled, resulting in lost time and income. These policies protect my time, keep my business sustainable, and ensure every client has fair access to available appointments.
