CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY • A 50% booking fee (deposit) is required to secure all appointments. • Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service(s). • All deposits are non-refundable. • CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation, regardless of how much notice is given, will result in the deposit being forfeited. Once forfeited, the deposit is lost and cannot be credited or transferred toward a future appointment. • If your deposit is forfeited, a new 50% deposit will be required to book another appointment. ⸻ RESCHEDULING & APPOINTMENT CHANGES • To keep your deposit, you must reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. • You can reschedule by using the “Manage Appointment” link in your confirmation/reminder email or text, or by calling/texting my business line at (833) 865-4883 for assistance from my receptionist. • Once your appointment has been successfully rescheduled, you will receive a confirmation email and text showing the change, as well as a notification once your reschedule request has been approved. It is your responsibility to make sure your appointment change was successfully completed and approved. • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day rescheduling, is treated as a cancellation. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. • If you have multiple services booked in the same appointment and need to remove or change only one of those services, please contact me directly. Individual services within a multi-service appointment cannot be modified through the online booking system or by my receptionist, so I will need to make that adjustment for you. • Changes to your booked services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you remove or change a service with less than 24 hours’ notice—or decide to remove or change a service when you arrive—you will still be responsible for the cost of the originally scheduled service(s), because that time was specifically reserved for you. ⸻ LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS • There is a 9-minute grace period for late arrivals. • If you arrive after the grace period and there is no longer enough time to safely complete your scheduled service(s), your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited. • A no-show with no communication will result in the loss of your deposit. At my discretion, an additional no-show fee equal to 30% of the remaining appointment balance may also be charged. • No-shows may also affect your ability to book future appointments. ⸻ WHY THESE POLICIES MATTER I completely understand that unexpected and last-minute situations happen. However, in order to keep my business fair and running smoothly for everyone, these policies must remain in place. When an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or changed at the last minute, that time has been specifically reserved for you and often cannot be filled on short notice. These policies help protect my time and income, keep my business sustainable, and ensure all clients have fair access to available appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the policies above.
